操作步骤:
1、试验前的准备:
1)打开试验机右侧的总电源开关,预热15分钟。
2)打开计算机进入Windows系统。双击本仪器软件的快捷图标打开试验登录界面输入登录密码即可进入试验界面。
2、交直流试验的切换
1)本仪器高压输出为交流电压。直流的获得方式为在原回路中串入高压硅堆,使测试回路为脉动的直流电压。实现的过程为,硅堆已经在高压变压器的高压绝缘塔中,平时用一个短路杆把高压硅堆短接。需要直流试验时,取出短路杆,使高压硅堆接入测试电路中,这时回路的电压为脉动的直流电压。
2)前面板直流交流选择按钮。该按钮的状态不能改变设备输出的电压性质。按下该按钮,设备仅仅是把直流报警电路接入。指示用户,当打开箱门时,您需要对高压均压球放电。转动放电杆,使放电杆的端部铜球接触高压均压球。建议用户每次放电铜球接触高压均压球时间大于五秒。
3)试验的交直流电压切换,主要取决于高压绝缘塔中的短路杆是否取出。当取出短路杆时,高压均压球上的电压为直流电压,插入短路杆时,高压均压球上的电压为交流电压。短路杆的取出、插入参看左侧的示意图。
4)在直流试验时,计算机也要选择直流状态,否则测的结果是不正确的。简单的说,交流电压与直流电压有倍的关系。

Operation steps:
1. Preparation before test:
1) Turn on the main power switch on the right side of the tester and preheat for 15 minutes.
2) Turn on the computer and enter the Windows system. Double-click the shortcut icon of the instrument software to open the test login interface and enter the login password to enter the test interface.
2. Switching of AC and DC test
1) The high voltage output of this instrument is AC voltage. The DC is obtained by serializing the high-voltage silicon stack in the original circuit, so that the test circuit is a pulsating DC voltage. The realization process is that the silicon stack is already in the high-voltage insulation tower of the high-voltage transformer, and the high-voltage silicon stack is usually short-circuited with a short circuit pole. When DC test is required, take out the short circuit rod and connect the high voltage silicon pile into the test circuit. At this time, the circuit voltage is pulsating DC voltage.
2) Front panel DC AC selection button. The status of this button cannot change the nature of the output voltage of the device. Press this button to connect the DC alarm circuit. Instruct the user that you need to discharge the high-voltage equalizing ball when opening the box door. Turn the discharge rod so that the copper ball at the end of the discharge rod contacts the high-voltage equalizing ball. It is recommended that the user contact the high voltage equalizing ball for more than five seconds each time.
3) The AC/DC voltage switching of the test mainly depends on whether the short circuit pole in the high-voltage insulation tower is taken out. When the short-circuit bar is taken out, the voltage on the high-voltage equalizing ball is DC voltage; when the short-circuit bar is inserted, the voltage on the high-voltage equalizing ball is AC voltage. Refer to the schematic diagram on the left for the removal and insertion of the short circuit rod.
4) During the DC test, the computer should also select the DC state, otherwise the measurement result is incorrect. In short, the relationship between AC voltage and DC voltage is times.
