三、技术指标
1. 发动机功率。功率越大，铣刨效果越好。
2. 刀轴数量和刀片数量。数量越多铣刨深度和效率越高。
3. 机器自重。越重越好，可以避免机器跳动。
4. 刀片齿数越多铣刨效果越好，臂如8齿刀片优于6齿刀片。
四、保养指南
1、为了安全起见，在进行保养前，所有的保养必须由合格的机修工来进行。
2、机器必须放在平整的平面上进行保养。检查铣刀时要防止机器翻倒。
3、每次操作前用肉眼检查机器：所有紧固件是否拧紧？是否有零件明显磨损或开裂？检查轴承、检查个个防护罩是否盖住，注意轴承加油

，本机轴承不能缺油。
4、每次操作前，要检查皮带松紧度。新皮带在运转4小时后应该重新调整松紧度。有断痕、严重磨损的皮带应立即调换新的。调整皮带松

紧度：调整发动机安装底板下的两根高度调整螺柱，通过改变电机输出轴和铣鼓中心轴的中心距离来控制皮带的松紧度。必须保持适当的

皮带松紧度。
5、每次改变铣刀排列时，检查铣刀轴和轴衬。如果轴上出现磨损的槽，就需要换新的。

and serious wear should be replaced immediately. ADJUST THE BELT TIGHTNESS: adjust the two height adjustment studs under 

the engine mounting base plate, control the belt tightness by changing the central distance between the motor output 

shaft and the milling drum central shaft. Proper belt tightness must be maintained. 5. Every time you change the cutter 

arrangement, check the cutter shaft and bushing. If a worn groove appears on the shaft, a new one is needed.
