v带拉伸试验机  维修保养方法及注意事项:

1、机台部份,外表经常擦拭,保持清洁。

2、电镀部份请以机油擦拭,以防止生锈宜保光亮。

3、动力螺杆及螺杆部份请加润滑油,以保传动灵敏。(润滑油采黄油加入少许机油混合即可)。

4、面板(控制箱即显示器)请用乾布擦拭,严防沾水,以免损坏IC电子零件。

5、各项治具及接头配件请妥置,并擦拭防锈油,以防生锈。

6、上下班必需把电源关掉。

常见故障:

1:上升、下降、试验操作时,按下键后显示停止

  解决方案:1:检查系统设置当前量程设置和过载保护率

            2:检查速度参数是否变化

            3:检查传感器是否过载

2:上电后仪表蓝屏

解决方案:1:重新上电

           2:重新上电如果不行,拿到没有干扰的地方上电试一下

           3:联系生产厂家更换液晶屏

3:横梁不移动

 解决方案:1:检查数据线是否连接号

           2:检查是否过载,传感器是否损坏

           3:是否限位,移动磁铁

4:仪表不准确

解决方案:  1:传感器是否损坏

             2:调整了标定系数

             3:是否年检

(二)特殊测试项目:
1.弹性系数即弹性杨氏模量定义:同相位的法向应力分量与法向应变之比。为测定材料刚性之系数,其值越高,材料越强韧。
2.比例限:荷重在一定范围内与伸长可以维持成正比之关系,其醉大应力即为比极限。
3.弹性限:为材料所能承受而不呈永久变形之醉大应力。
4.弹性变形:除去荷重后,材料的变形完全消失。
5.永久变形:除去荷重后,材料仍残留变形。
6.屈服点:材料拉伸时,变形增快而应力不变,此点即为屈服点。屈服点分为上下屈服点,一般以上屈服点作为屈服点。屈服(yield):荷重超过比例限与伸长不再成正比,荷重会突降,然后在一段时间内,上下起伏,伸长发生较大变化,这种现象叫作屈服。
7.屈服强度:拉伸时,永久伸长率达到某一规定值之荷重,除以平行部原断面积,所得之商。
8.弹簧K值:与变形同相位的作用力分量与形变之比。
9.有效弹性和滞后损失:在复合材料拉力试验机上,以一定的速度将试样拉伸到一定的伸长率或拉伸到规定的负荷时,测定试样收缩时恢复的功和伸张时消耗的功之比的百分数,即为有效弹性;测定试样伸长、收缩时所损失的能与伸长时所消耗的功之比的百分数,即为滞后损失。

软件说明

 

软件系统:中英文Windows2000/XP/Win7平台下软件包

 

自动储存:试验条件、试验结果、计算参数、标距位置自动储存。

 

自动返回:试验结束后,试验机横梁会自动返回到试验初始位置。

 

连续试验:一批试验参数设定完成后,可连续进行测试。

 

多种曲线:同一图形上可显示多种不同的曲线:荷重--位移、荷重-时间、位移--时间、应力—应变、荷重—两点延伸等到多种曲线。

 

曲线对比:同组试样的曲线可在同一张图上叠加对比。

 

报告编辑:可按用户要求输出不同的报告形式。

 

动态显示:测试过程中,负荷、伸长、位移及选中的试验曲线随着测试的进行,实时动态显示在主控屏幕上。

 

自动变标:试验中负荷、伸长等曲线坐标,如果选择不当,可根据实测值的大小,自动变换座标。保证在任何情况下曲线以最大的形式显示在屏幕上。

 

峰值保持:在测试的整个过程中,测试项目的最大值始终随着试验的进行,在屏幕窗口上显示。

 日常维护

 

1.经常保持设备和计算机的清洁卫生。

2.预防高温、过湿、灰尘、腐蚀性介质、水等浸入机器或计算机内部。

3.定期检查,保持零件、部件的完整性。

4.注意对易锈件或长期不用的配件,如夹具、插销等涂上防锈油。

5.对于夹具的钳口或夹具相对滑动的表面应保持干净,避免磕碰。在做一批试样后应及时清理留存钳中的碎片,如果钳口齿行部分被堵塞,请用钢刷蘸汽油清洗,忌用坚硬的工具进行清理。

6.注意对使用减速机的主机每2500小时换油,润滑油为MOBLL Gear(美孚)。

 

维修保养方法及注意事项:

Maintenance methods and precautions:

(2) Special test items:

1. Definition of elastic coefficient, i.e. Young's modulus: the ratio of normal stress component and normal strain in the same phase. To determine the coefficient of material rigidity, the higher the value, the stronger the material.

2. Proportional limit: the load can maintain a proportional relationship with the elongation within a certain range, and its high stress is the specific limit.

3. Elastic limit: It refers to the large stress that the material can bear without permanent deformation.

4. Elastic deformation: after removing the load, the deformation of the material disappears completely.

5. Permanent deformation: after removing the load, the material still remains deformed.

6. Yield point: when the material is stretched, the deformation increases while the stress remains unchanged, which is called the yield point. The yield point is divided into upper and lower yield points. Generally, the upper yield point is taken as the yield point. Yield: When the load exceeds the proportional limit, it is no longer in direct proportion to the elongation. The load will drop suddenly, and then fluctuate up and down for a period of time. The elongation changes greatly. This phenomenon is called yield.

7. Yield strength: the quotient of the load when the permanent elongation reaches a specified value during tension divided by the original sectional area of the parallel part.

8. Spring K value: the ratio of force component in phase with deformation to deformation.

9. Routine maintenance

1. Keep the equipment and computer clean.

2. Prevent high temperature, excessive humidity, dust, corrosive medium, water, etc. from being immersed in the machine or computer.

3. Check regularly to keep the integrity of parts and components.

4. Pay attention to coating rustproof oil on easily rusty parts or accessories that are not used for a long time, such as clamps, pins, etc.

5. The jaw of the clamp or the relative sliding surface of the clamp shall be kept clean to avoid collision. After a batch of samples are made, the fragments in the retained pliers should be cleaned in time. If the jaw line is blocked, please use a steel brush dipped in gasoline to clean it. Do not use hard tools to clean it.

6. Note that the oil of the main engine using the reducer should be changed every 2500 hours, and the lubricating oil should be MOBLL Gear.
